Hey Guys! We’re at Intervention-5 this weekend! Hope to see you there!
Doctor Who Fans Head’s-Up: the guys who run Intervention-5 are also running [RE]GENERATION WHO, a Doctor Who con, and just landed a live skype Q&A with Tom Baker!!!
We STILL seem to have a RANDOM ARCHIVE GLITCH where clicking on the next comic will take you to the next comic page, but oddly display a comic from a totally different date. Hitting Refresh sometimes helps. We're working on it!
Pete Says: Saturdays *sniff-sniff* used to be brought to you by Clay Yount of Rob and Elliot! Clay you've been the best to work with (tied with Ian who was also the best!) and you know you always have a home here! Sure, BSFD may be over but now I have Cosmobear to look forward to!
Clay Says: I'd like to thank everyone for giving me such a warm reception from beginning to end of the Bikini Suicide Frisbee Days. Every comic has been a joy to create, and I couldn't ask for a better audience. I'd like to thank Pete from the bottom of my heart for giving me a chance to make you laugh (or groan) once a week, and I can't express how much I'll miss writing for his incredible cast. Sluggy was the first webcomic I ever read, and it has always held a special place in my heart. If I had the time, I would continue doing BSFD for as long as Pete would have me, but in order to pursue my new project, Cosmobear, I really need the time each week. This series is something I've been dreaming up since 2002, and I'm really excited to start it in the new year. It'll be a bit of a departure from my other work, as it'll be more story driven than a gag comic, but I'll try to keep it funny, and I hope that it'll be something you'll enjoy. I'd also like to thank all the Sluggy readers who have become Rob and Elliot fans, and my brother and I will try to keep you entertained there with wacky hijinks, albeit only once a week. I'll miss you guys a whole lot.
